29 CFR 1910.28(b)(6)(ii):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each employee 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above dangerous equipment must be protected from falling by one of the systems listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(6)(ii)(A)-(D). Worksite located at 1323 W. Locust St., Springfield, MO- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer has areas on the work platform on the south side of the milling machine in which employees could fall through the voids of the platform.
