29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: On or about July 26, 2023, Elmer Miller dba Miller Building Systems, LLC had an employee exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, while climbing down from the rafters by hanging from the rafters and dropping down to a stepladder several feet below, on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois.
