29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on November 21, 2023, at the residential worksite located at 8039 SE 5th Street, Blue Springs, Missouri. Employees were exposed to fall hazards when using the Little Giant King Kombo 5-foot A-frame ladder. The employees used the top step to access and egress the roof of the structure.
