29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: On or about 04/18/2014 at the Farmington Inn Roofing Project, employees were using highly flammable roofing products and no fire extinguishers were on the roof deck located within 50 feet of use.
