29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: Rover Petroleum, the Hoose Battery, Hoose #4 Ira, TX: On or about 22 September 2017, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while installing a new connection between an old power box and a new one on a commercial power distribution pole that had not been de-energized.
