29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about March 26, 2019 - 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards when the lockout/tagout procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, round table and unstacker elevator were not specific in how to shut down the equipment.
