29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: a. On or about March 29, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was conducting copper roofing operations on a bay window roof approximately thirty-five (35) feet above the ground using a personal fall arrest system. The vertical lifeline was wrapped around an ornamental stone and was not protected against being cut or abraded, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
