29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(ii): Only authorized persons shall operate an aerial lift. 39602 Waterworks Court Bethany Beach, DE - On or about November 2, 2020, unauthorized operators who did not have training or a certification for the machine, used a Genie Z135/70 aerial lift to perform antenna work resulting in two fatal injuries.
