29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) On or about November 24, 2020, Superior Trim did not ensure that the relocatable power taps (power strip), used to power submental equipment on the roll coater machine, was used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. The relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle but was plugged into a flexible extension cord.
