29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Maintenance barn: On or about April 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an undue physiological burden when required to wear half-face elastomeric respirators while applying chemicals without a written respiratory protection program that covers elements such as, but not limited to, respirator selection, medical evaluation of employees, fit testing of employees, and training.
