29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated platform(s), 4 feet or more from the floor level, were not provided with a standard railing: a) At Beasley Forest Products, Inc., located at 712 Uvalda Hwy Hazlehurst, GA 31539: On or about July 6, 2022 and times prior to, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet when the employer did not ensure that standard railings were installed at the operator's position for the De-Scrambler.
