29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) On or about February 6, 2024, and at times prior thereto; employees were repairing equipment without utilizing energy control procedures and were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employer did not develop, document and utilize energy control procedures.
