29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedures: a) Production area: The employer did not provide training to affected employees that worked in areas when equipment was cleaned, serviced or maintained, such as, but not limited to, a Jagenberg folding machine, a Hydromat Three Knife Trimmer model SL III M-900 serial number 1822/900/98 and Thomson Die Cutting machines, on or about 7/13/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
