29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Identity Services LLC, Geneva Commons job site: on or about February 3, 2017, employees had not been instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions to control and eliminate hazards related to servicing and installing electric signs and other components while working from aerial lifts, including Elliott HI Reach model ECL 3 55 CH, at heights where employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, and fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
