29 CFR 1910.334(c)(1): Unqualified persons performed testing work on electric circuits or equipment: (a) Mechanical Air, Inc. at 1370 Grant St., Denver, CO 80203: On and before June 26, 2017, the employer allowed unqualified persons to perform testing work on electrical circuits or equipment. HVAC employee were allowed to perform voltage testing on electrical circuits without the use of appropriate safety-related work practices such as training and the use of personal protective equipment. This condition exposed the employee to electrical shock and fall hazards.
