29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(i): The employer did not institute, at no cost to employees, a training program for each employee who performed Class I through IV asbestos operations: On or about September 7, 2017, employees of Aloha Construction, Inc. were exposed to asbestos while cleaning up dust, waste, and debris (Class IV asbestos work) that resulted from removal of asbestos-containing roofing material and the employer did not ensure employees were trained in asbestos and the requirements set forth in 29 CFR 1926.1101.
