29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck: (a) On or about March 13, 2018 and at times prior thereto an employee was exposed to crushed-by hazards from putting their hand through the uprights of the mast to adjust timbers while loading trailers with bundles of sheet metal.
