29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(vi): Boom and basket load limits specified by the manufacturer were exceeded. On or about 2 July 2018, and at times prior thereto, two employees were utilizing an aerial lift to perform tree cutting activities in which the combined weight exceeded the weight capacity for the lift, exposing both employees to the lift toppling over with a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 1 inch to the ground below.
