29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer had not certified that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: a) 10 Grumbacher Road - The employer did not certify that employees were trained in the requirements of the control of the unexpected release of energy, on or about February 28, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
