29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line, and did not meet requirements listed in 1926.1408 (a)(2)(i-iii) when it could be. a) At the site, on or about March 28, 2019: employees were exposed to electrocution hazards when operating a boom truck, Terex, Model BT3470 (SN: 1004BT3470396) without determining if any part of the crane could get within 20 feet from a 7620 volt power line.
