29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial truck was equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, however, the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: a) On or about July 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Nissan 50 with an Abaco Hydraulic Jib Boom AFJ-25 attachment that was not marked to identify the adjusted load capacity. b) On or about July 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Nissan 30 with an Abaco Hydraulic Jib Boom AFJ-25 attachment that was not marked to identify the adjusted load capacity.
