29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): Employer did not ensure that rigging equipment was not used without affixed, legible identification markings, required by paragraph (a)(2)(i) of this section. This violation occurred on or about September 16, 2019, the employer did not ensure that slings, without legible markings, were removed from service. This exposed the employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
