29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer did not keep the floor of the warehouse/workroom in a dry condition and free of detergent products that created slips and fall hazards when it rains in the following areas: a) The east side of the warehouse where Sodium Hypochlorite rebottling was done. b) The south side of the warehouse, in front the Marion Mixer where powdered detergent was on the floor. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 2, item number 1/b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
