29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. On or about February 15, 2022, with respect to an establishment located at 1101 Perry St, Algoma, WI 54201, the employer did not ensure the use of head protection when employees were exposed to overhead hazards.
