29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting: Workplace located at 2700 W. 16th St., Sedalia, Missouri- Hallway between Lehr 5 and Lehr 6- Fans 28 & 29 and similar fans were not fully guarded shaft in which employees were required to work above the improperly guarded pulleys and shafts in order to ignite pilot lights.
