29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(vi):Walkway(s) and stairway(s), with standard handrails, were not provided where required in elevated and hazardous locations: a) At Beasley Forest Products, Inc., located at 712 Uvalda Hwy Hazlehurst, GA 31539: On or about July 6, 2022 and times prior to, employees at the operator's position for the De-Scrambler were exposed to caught-in hazards when the employer did not install standard railings where a moving chain for the conveyor was located adjacent to the platform.
