29 CFR 1910.178(l)(7): The employer did not ensure that operators of powered industrial trucks were trained, as appropriate, by December 1, 1999 if hired before that date, or before the employee is assigned to operated a powered industrial truck if hired after December 1, 1999: In the rail car cleaning area of the facility the employer is failing to ensure that new employees operating powered industrial trucks at the facility are trained in accordance with this subpart.
