29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and functions of he energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, useage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: (a) Press #4: On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior, an employee was cleaning roller at a height of approximately 9 ft. Employees cleaning anilox rollers had not been trained on how to lock out press during cleaning operations. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
