29 CFR 1910.424(c)(2): Diver was not line tended from the surface or accompanied by another diver in the water in continuous visual contact during SCUBA diving operation: 29 CFR 1926.605(e): Commercial diving operations were not in accordance with subpart T of part 1910, 1910.401-1910.441, in that 29 CFR 1910.424(c)(2) was violated: On or about February 21, 2019, and at times prior thereto, SCUBA diving operations were being performed without the divers being line tended from the surface, exposing employees to the hazards associated with SCUBA diving.
