29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7): The employer shall provide training to ensure that the purpose and functions of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees. (a) Plant #1 and #2 - On January 8, 2020 the employer did not provide Lockout/Tagout training to employees performing servicing and maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to, the Edger End Feed Chain Deck, Wood Mizer, Ripsaws, Blades and Conveyor Systems.
