On or about July 16, 2018, in the jobsite at Villages of Seloy water and sewer main pipes installation project, the employer failed to provide medical surveillance to employees required to use a respirator when using a handheld STIHL TS420 or TS700 gasoline powered concrete saw without integrated water delivery nor commercially available shroud and dust collection system to cut concrete pipes, sidewalks and curbs, to protect them from the health hazards presented by the exposure to airborne Crystalline Silica.
