29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) Facility, Paint Bays, 1406 Perry Highway, Portersville, PA: On or about 06/04/15 the employer did not provide fall protection equipment for employees who work on top of tubes and trailers to perform sanding and painting operations. The employees are exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
