29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: A) Autoneum North America, Inc., located at 645 Lallendorf Road, Oregon, OH 43616: On or about December 23, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation of the equipment such as, but not limited to, the North Edge Grinder located at the Feilong Line, was adequately guarded. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating the machine.
