29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: (a) on the jobsite - the length of the rope and lanyard allowed for employees to free fall 9ft,1in and contact the ground in the event of a fall from the roof of the main sanctuary building (6:12 slope) where there was a 9ft,2in fall hazard to the ground; observed on or about 2/2/2017.
