29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer is failing to train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards so they can recognize and minimize the hazards of falling. This was most recently documented on or about 03/16/17 at the location of 2300 E. Trail in Dodge City KS., where employees engaged in dismantling a metal roof, approximately 18 feet above a concrete slab, were not provided fall protection training.
