29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(vii): Wheel chocks were not installed before using an aerial lift on an incline. A.) Pennsylvania Power Company, on or about April 30, 2017 and times prior thereto, employees operating aerial lifts including, but not limited to, an Altec AT37-G aerial lift on a Ford F-550XL Super Duty truck chassis. Wheel chocks were not deployed under the tires when the truck chassis was parked on an incline of 6.5 degrees.
