29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a). At the worksite - On or about June 19, 2017, the employer did not have a fall protection training program that addressed the recognition of fall hazards and fall protection methods when work was performed from the pivot point of a Valley Pivot Point Irrigation System (model: 7000/8000), thus exposing an employee to a fall hazard of approximately eight feet.
