29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: The employer failed to ensure that employees are knowledgeable on how to render first aid. On or about 08/02/2017, at 5580 Vinmil Road, House Springs, MO, Aim to Amaze Outdoor Services Inc. did not ensure that their employees were adequately trained in first aid when emergency services were not in near proximity to the worksite. A call for emergency services was placed at 13:57 on 08/02/2017. The Big River Ambulance District arrived in approximately 7 to 15 minutes. The Jefferson County Sheriffs Department arrived at 14:12, approximately 15 minutes after the initial call.
