29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. On or about October 16, 2017 and thereafter, the employer did not document and utilize energy control procedures when performing maintenance and servicing on equipment such as but not limit to: ball valves, check valves, and 2-way valves within the processing lines in the Brew House and Dryer Room.
