29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer does not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. A) Casey Bortles: The employer does not ensure that employees are trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as but not limited to the use of personal fall arrest systems or alternative measures while performing roofing operations from elevated surfaces greater than six feet from the level below. This violation was most recently observed on or about July 19, 2018 at the address of 2842 River Road, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
