29 CFR 1910.421(c)(3): A bag-type manual resuscitator with transparent mask and tubing was not available at the dive location: Pacific Ocean off the coast of the Silver Strand, 32.39.3962N/117.09.6871 (LAT/LONG): On August 22, 2018, employees were performing SCUBA diving operations to mark a sunken road line. A diver lost consciousness underwater and was not able to receive prompt first aid treatment and resuscitation in part because a bag resuscitator was not maintained at the dive location. The diver suffered fatal injuries.
