29 CFR 1926.1437(n)(5): The physical attachment, corralling, rail system, or centerline cable system did not meet the requirements of options 1 through 4 of this section, or meet the requirements of paragraph (n)(5)(v) of this section: a) At the "A" Dock of the Twin Dolphin Marina, on or about December 13, 2018, the crawler crane on a barge used for a pile driving operation was not physically attached to the barge, nor was any other system in use to prevent the crane from shifting.
