29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer failed to conduct an annual periodic inspection of the energy control procedure. a) Co-Mail Department - On or about March 13, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees who perform service and/or maintenance on equipment for Lines 2, 3 and 4 participated in an annual periodic inspection of the energy control procedure. Employees were thereby exposed to the unexpected energization and/or startup of the equipment.
