(a) Site: Building 1, at the Coating Line, on the catwalk above the Main Drive component, in the facility at 130 Riverdale Street, Northbridge, MA 01534: On 4/3/2019 affected employees performed the duties of authorized employees when those employees performed tasks that required they remove or bypass guards in order to adjust moving wire mesh material.
