29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(3): Ladder(s) were loaded beyond the maximum intended load for which they were built or beyond the manufacturer's rated capacity:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS) a) At residential construction site located at 2419 Woodward Hills, lot 172 in Clermont, FL, employees were allowed to use an A frame ladder, to lift and position floor joists, loading the ladder beyond its maximum intended load, on or about July 18, 2019.
