29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: At 4260 Palm Avenue, Hialeah, Florida: On or about October 3, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when the employer allowed employees to install blocks and reinforcing wire near energized overhead electrical lines without protecting workers against electric shock hazards by de-energizing and grounding, insulation, or other effective means.
