29 CFR 1926.502(d)(5): Locking-type snaphooks were not designed and used to prevent disengagement of the snaphook by the contact of the snaphook keeper by the connected member Location: a) Two-tiered Scaffold (1st tier/working platform) a) On or about 11/1/2019, an employee attached the snaphook, of the lanyard, to the hole in a C-joist metal frame. The snaphook could not fully close to prevent disengagement.
