29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: a. On or about January 7, 2020, at the jobsite, employees were not provided fall hazard training, to include the recognition of fall hazards, the prevention of falls through openings such as skylights, and maintaining the slack in lifelines to reduce the fall distance.
