29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training to be met: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5): The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to contact with hazardous chemicals through implementation of a hazard communication program. The condition was most recently observed on about on or about May 5th, 2020 at a silo located at 8702 Highway B in Palmyra, MO on or about May 5th, 2020. Randall E. Klocke Farm, had not developed and maintained a written hazard communication program. Employees routinely used various pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides.
