29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: On or about May 21, 2020, at 103 State Road 7, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, an employee engaged in commercial roofing operations was exposed to a 28-foot fall hazard when he carried an A-frame stepladder up a 32-foot extension ladder.
